Learning Journey
You will go through five structured online modules, supplemented by an interactive live day. This enables you to apply your new knowledge immediately, develop your skills iteratively and transfer your knowledge into practice in a sustainable way.
Goals of the workshop format
- Providing a practical understanding of how to use AI effectively in day-to-day business.
- Developing the ability to use AI-based tools and techniques to increase operational efficiency.
- Applying proven moderation techniques to successfully design AI-based change processes in a team.
- Integrating change management methods to ensure the acceptance and sustainable implementation of AI initiatives.

- Practical exercise: creating and optimising your own prompts based on typical scenarios
- Introduction to methods for quality assurance and validation of prompts
- Exercises on ‘data preparation’ with specific examples of ideal human-machine communication.
- Structure and organisation of system prompts
- Advanced metaprompting techniques
- Development of your own AI assistant concept based on a specific business problem (selected for project work)
- Moderation methods: an overview of helpful moderation tools
- Change management basics and opportunities of the role of the agile coach
- Practical workshop: from use case identification to implementing an MVP
- Introduction and evaluation of different models (e.g.): GPT-4,
- Claude, Llama 3, Gemini, Copilot
- Possible uses, limitations and specific applications of the
- different models
- Practical exercise: selecting the appropriate model for given use cases
- Overview of automation platforms and their integration into the AI process
- Practice: small automations with tools like Zapier, Make, Teams
- Exercise: developing a specific automation for your own use case
- Basics of working with AI-generated audio, image and video
- Exercise: Creating a simple multimodal prototype (e.g. AI-generated presentations, explainer videos)
- Possible applications of multimodal AI in companies (marketing,
